Superior oral health is vital for a child’s development, and we’re here to help every step of the way. Our practice strives to make this dental journey for your child a fun and rewarding experience. There is no doubt that your child’s path to optimum dental health starts here.

We understand the importance of establishing a good oral hygiene regimen early in a child’s life; therefore, the objective of our practice is to provide the best possible dental treatment for our patients in a pleasing environment while providing the child with the necessary knowledge and treatment to maintain a lifetime of healthy smiles.

Office Policies
We are very pleased you have chosen us to provide dental care for your child. The health and comfort of your child is our main concern, and we are here to help. Please take a few minutes to read over our office policies so that you can be familiar with our practice in order to make your visit with us an enjoyable experience.

The parent or legal guardian bringing the child to our office will be responsible for the account. A parent or legal guardian must be present for the first visit.

As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file insurance claims for services rendered. Complete insurance information must be provided at the time of the appointment or payment in full will be expected. All portions of the bill that the insurance is not expected to cover are due at the time of service. Upon request, we will pre-authorize any services with your insurance company.

We do our very best to stay on schedule at our office. Realizing that every child is unique and providing the best care for each individual is our top priority. We will always see our patients who have an emergency. We ask your help to keep our schedule running on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to ask you to reschedule. If you are a new patient or have new insurance information for us, we request you arrive early for the extra check-in time needed.

We invite you to stay with your child during the initial examination. It is our preference that you remain in the waiting room during subsequent visits however; for those parents who so desire, you are always welcome to observe the care and treatment given your child while Dr. Bui or her staff are treating your child.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee before another appointment will be made for you.
